What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at Crawlspace Medic?
As Production Manager for CRAWLSPACE MEDIC® (CSM), you will assist in all aspects of the local market's management, with a focus on efficient revenue production. You will play a supporting role in managing production, personnel and sales. Being a utility player will be key to success in this position. This includes (but is not limited to): assisting in the oversight of inventory, purchasing and supplies; human resource tasks, including determining needs, hiring, training, and managing production employees; managing operations processes and strategy; and leading production crews in the field.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: base salary of $45,000 (depending on experience/skill), plus bonus based on franchise performance. Total compensation upwards of $65,000-$85,000 per year.

- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly
Previous experience in construction-related field is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Help Manage Production Calendar
- Material/Tool Inventory
- Office management including job audits, file management, etc.
- Manage Production Crews
- Morning Dispatch: Work Orders, Graphs, Pick Sheets
- HR Duties: Assist with Standards, Discipline, Uniforms, and Training; Lead and Manage crews in the field
- Be able to perform CSM Services, including light carpentry, plumbing, masonry work, moisture remediation, and structural repair; be familiar with all means, methods, and materials needed in common crawl space repairs and develop solutions to correct problems identified
- Manage Trucks: Maintenance, gas, inspections, etc.
- Conduct quality checks
- Responsible for some inspections as needed:
- Identifying issues and creating a scope of work for repair/remediation
- Identify common crawl space issues (with training)
- Communicate well with customers before, during, and after inspections, explaining to them what was found and if anything needs to be repaired.
- Communicate well with office staff and repair crews through developed scope of work and graph
- Participate in networking/marketing activities as time permits
