Food & Beverage Team Member, Part-Time, Easton, PA
Starting hourly rate of $14.00/hour. Must be able to work weekdays.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
As a Food & Beverage team member, you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our guests have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back again and again. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality service to all guests.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently meet all guest satisfaction measures
- Achieve monthly and seasonal productivity goals
- Support the Crayola brand’s educational mission to sue the arts as a tool for intellectual and emotional development of children
- Prepare food while adhering to food service safety standards
- Must learn all menu items, portions and accompaniments to The Crayola Experience’s specifications
- Maintain visual presentation standards of food products
- Follow all food safety & sanitation procedures
- Properly execute all POS procedures
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Must have prior food service experience and be capable of working with the public in a food environment.
- Position requires physical duties involving regularly lifting cartons weighing over 40 pounds.
