What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher position at Crayon Campus Inc.?
We are looking for a qualified Infant Teacher to care for our Infants as they learn and grow. Our teachers must have great love and patience when it comes to caring for their classroom children. Qualifications needed include a valid EEC certification with all necessary requirements which include:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience (at the Program's discretion) in supporting children's growth and development
- Any prior Certifications given by EEC are valid and accepted!
Responsibilities
- Meet NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct
- Prepare and execute curriculum with team members
- Oversee and run daily routines of classroom
- Communicate verbally and in writing with parents/guardians on a regular basis
- Attend staff meetings, team meetings and Center functions such as professional development days
- Plan and conduct a classroom program to meet each child's needs
- Ensure routines are carried out promptly, safely, and consistently
- Operate the classroom based on EEC regulations and standards
- Create a pleasant, inviting atmosphere in which children are allowed to flourish
- Constant supervision of children to ensure safety
- Frequent head counts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
