Full-Time Assistant PreK Teacher!

We’re on the hunt for a Full-Time Assistant PreK Teacher who’s ready to embrace the chaos (in the best way possible!) and help our little learners shine. If you’re the kind of person who can juggle snack time, story time, and a dance party all while keeping a smile on your face, we want you! We’re looking for someone who’s patient, creative, and loves working with kids – bonus points if you have experience in early childhood education (but if not, we’ll train you to be a rockstar!). What You'll Do:

• Assist the lead teacher in creating a positive, fun, and engaging learning environment.
• Support with daily classroom activities, from arts and crafts to circle time, story reading, and play.
• Help children with their social, emotional, and developmental needs, providing encouragement and guidance throughout the day.
• Build strong relationships with children and foster a sense of belonging and community.
• Communicate with parents and team members to ensure each child’s progress is on track.



What We're Looking For:

• A genuine love for working with young children and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
• Previous experience with children, especially in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred, but not required).
• A dependable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Patience, creativity, and a sense of humor – every day is an adventure with little ones!
• CPR, First Aid, or the willingness to obtain certifications.
• State required training and documentation
