As our new Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our sales team. By developing and implementing strategies and processes you will enable sales effectiveness and overall revenue growth. Within the sales enablement category, you will work closely with various departments, including marketing, product management, and HR, to ensure that our sales organization is well-prepared to engage with customers and close deals.
Key responsibilities will include
- Designing and delivering sales team training, including onboarding and ongoing education on products, selling techniques, and customer engagement
- Developing sales content aligned with company messaging and strategy including presentations, case studies, white papers, and product guides
- Analyzing the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness by identifying bottlenecks, setting performance benchmarks, and implementing best practices
- Implementing sales tools and technologies that improve sales team productivity and effectiveness with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales enablement initiatives
Your Competencies
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Exposure working cross-functionally with Services, Sales, Finance, HR and Operations teams
- Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (Marketing/Services/ Business Administration/Economics)
