This role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, answering phone calls, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the facility and services offered.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our computerized point of sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression.
- Trash and bathroom duty's.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for this position.
