Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation® is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Cultural Center Attendant. This Seasonal non-exempt, hourly position will report to the Director of Museum and Cultural Affairs. Job duties will include but not limited to opening and closing the Cultural Center, staff the information desk. Monitor the Cultural Center, welcome and inform guests about the Crazy Horse Memorial® and its museums and cultural programs. Engage in customers and answer their questions, thank them for visiting the Crazy Horse Memorial®. Track attendance numbers of guests, perform light cleaning duties, assist with cultural programs, assist in the Museum Collections including pest and environmental monitoring and light cleaning of objects. Demonstrate support for workforce diversity and cultural sensitivity, demonstrate teamwork and cooperation, promote a safe work environment
A high school diploma or equivalent, candidates must be able to pass a background check and a minimum of 3 years customer service experience preferred. Compensation for this position is competitive for the region.
