Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the Aloha POS system for order entry.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase overall sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Prepare tables for service, including setting up cutlery, glassware, and condiments as needed.
- Assist with cash register operations, processing payments accurately at the end of the meal.
Experience
- Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
- Experience with cash register operations and payment processing is beneficial.
