Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional bar service to our guests, including serving beer, wine, craft cocktails, and other beverages
- Manage and operate a designated bar station, ensuring high-quality service and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Replenish and stock comfort stations regularly to ensure smooth operations throughout service hours.
- Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Execution of daily bar service, maintaining a clean, organized, and full stocked bar area.
- Maintain inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Perform cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
- Set up and breakdown of function areas as needed for events and daily operations.
- Engage with guests to ensure all their needs are communicated and met.
- Occasionally assist with special events, ensuring all bar service needs are met

Experience Requirements:
- Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs.
- Able to carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours
- Manual dexterity with repetitive movement
- Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward.
