Position Summary
At Crazy Mountain Ranch, the Golf/Grounds Maintenance reports to the Director of Golf Course and Grounds/ Assistant Superintendents while performing various golf course maintenance tasks. This position will be directly involved in various maintenance assignments associated with the care of golf course greens, tees, fairways and other golf course features and areas. Maintenance operations will be performed utilizing various specialized equipment, machinery, utility vehicles and hand tools.
This is an In-Country H2B Visa position
Summer Season April 15th, 2025 - Nov 1st, 2025
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of mowing equipment on the golf course to maintain turfgrass areas.
- Equipment operation includes self-propelled walk mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles, light weight mowing equipment and other specialty machinery utilized in golf course maintenance work.
- The Equipment Operator contributes to the maintenance operation by performing other labor tasks with various hand tools and specialized golf course power equipment.
- The Equipment Operator will also be involved with several types of construction-related projects throughout the golf course.
- Maintains fuel and fluid levels for all types of equipment daily while also ensuring the proper cleaning and care procedures.
- Report equipment problems to the Equipment Manager.
- Participates in cleaning maintenance areas and operates within the safety training procedures.

- Previous experience working in the maintenance of a golf course, grounds, or similar outdoor areas.

Qualifications
- At least 3 months experience working with mowing equipment or similar machinery.
