Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, highly organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Member Services Associate at Crazy Mountain Ranch. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay at the ranch for our members and their guests. This position will be the go-to person for reservation inquiries, activity bookings, and assisting with any requests during their stay at on property.

Our Summer Season is May 1st - Nov 1st
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, welcoming attitude; provide detailed information about ranch amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
- Manage activity bookings (e.g., horseback riding, guided tours, spa appointments) and recommend local attractions based on preferences.
- Handle special guest requests such as room arrangements, transportation, dietary restrictions, and other personalized needs.
- Serve as a point of contact between members and various departments (Outdoor Pursuits, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure all needs are met.
- Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ranch offerings, seasonal events, local attractions, and amenities to provide members with accurate and helpful information.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining guest logs and email communication platforms, checking in/checking out guests, and updating calendars.
Skills:
- Customer Service Experience - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, especially in a seasonal or outdoor setting.
- Strong Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage guests with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Organizational Skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in and enthusiasm for customer service-based responsibilities with a focus in hospitality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent email, phone, and in person communication-based skills.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and leadership on projects and daily operations.
- Maintains multiple daily projects as well as future events.
- Initiative in problem solving
- Consistently available to work all shifts which include weekends and holidays.
- Commit to working the full summer season from training beginning in late May to the season ending in August or through October.
Working Conditions:
- This position will be 90% indoors and 10% outdoors.
- The work environment is characterized as that found in a typical office environment, with moderate temperatures and noise levels. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks.
