The Retail Sales Associate supports Crazy Shirts' purpose by delivering outstanding customer service and upholding the company's image. Key responsibilities include demonstrating excellent customer service and sales standards, implementing Crazy Shirts sales techniques, and following company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be required to maintain store image and visual standards, perform opening and closing procedures, and complete tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Basic mathematical skills are also essential for this role. You must pass a background screening process and be able to work alone in a store environment. The ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels is also required.
Work Environment
You will be working in a dynamic retail environment where you will be required to bend, stoop, reach, twist, push, pull, and move items up to 45lbs. Reading tickets, shipment invoices, UPC codes, and reports is also part of your duties.
