ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Meet or exceed production goals as assigned by CRC.
2. Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships.
3. Supervise a multi-person team ensuring all pertinent information is communicated.
4. Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business.
5. Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets.
6. Ensure submissions reflect accurate data such as risks and coverages.
7. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.
8. Maintain necessary licenses to produce business.
9. Represent the firm in a professional manner with clients and business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications :

1. College degree or appropriate insurance designation
2. Three years of experience in production and marketing of new accounts
3. Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance
4. Possess and maintain a high level of knowledge of wholesale insurance that cultivates and develops client and agent relationships
5. Capabilities must include complete marketing and brokering skills
6. Must be able to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies
7. Ability to understand the client's needs and have knowledge of the risk profiles associated
8. Recognize new trends and developments in the insurance industry and be able to incorporate that into your strategy
9. Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationships
10. Leadership and team playing skills
11. Excellent written and verbal skills
12. Abilities must include preparing submissions for markets and securing quotes
13. Maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business
14. Ability to work extended hours when necessary
