Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the admissions department, ensuring a seamless, efficient intake process for individuals seeking treatment.

Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize the admissions process and improving patient experience.
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand outreach and increase referrals.
Educate the community and professionals on our treatment programs, services, and success stories.
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track referral activity and measure effectiveness.
Plan and attend networking events, educational forums, and professional gatherings.
Travel regularly within the community to establish and nurture strong partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, social services, or a related field (required).
2 years of experience in business development, or marketing (preferably in behavioral health, healthcare, or addiction treatment).
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Veterans Administration experience (preferred).
Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
