Classic Roofing and Solar is seeking EXPERIENCED ROOFING SALES PERSON for this Outside Sales Representative role.
(We are hiring ONLY 2 People at this commission rate that will receive Company Generated Leads .)
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE to earn 50% COMMISSIONS:
You MUST have 1-2 years of Roofing Experience. (Please do Not apply if you do not.)
Instead of all the lame job descriptions normally listed, you need to know One Thing;
ROOFING SALES.
· KNOWLEDGE: ROOFING SALES
· SKILLS: ROOFING SALES
· ABILITY: CLOSER OF ROOFING SALES
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Generate sales leads through door-to-door or calls and Company Leads.
· Interact with customers related to their roofing needs.
· Run company leads.
· Take pictures of damage and create a Storm Damage digital report for customer.
· Secure the sale with a digitally (or hard copy) signed sales agreement.
· Coordinate initial claim for customer with insurance companies and attend adjuster meeting.
· Collect checks.
- - - - - Our inner office will handle all of the paperwork details. They will do all the calling, emailing and paperwork on your files, so You can do what You do best..... SELL!!!
You are Not bid givers. No wasting time on writing up bids for customers.
