Clear Reflection Cleaning Company is a small, family-owned company with a strong reputation and growing demand, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented house cleaner to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. If you're trustworthy, motivated, and take pride in your work, we’d love to connect with you!
This position starts part-time, with full-time availability as we expand. You’ll receive paid training at $20/hour, and after training, you'll be paid based on job percentage, averaging $25–$40 per hour. You’ll have a flexible schedule, steady work, and the opportunity to start independently by the beginning of May.
Training starts this week.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation (own car).
- Must carry liability insurance.
- Must provide your cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop) and cleaning products.
- Must have a smartphone to use our app for scheduling and inspections.
- Must be legally able to work in the United States.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training and will coach the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Residential & Vacation Rental Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning in both private homes and vacation rental properties—dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to a high standard.
- Attention to Detail: Clean all areas thoroughly, ensuring no spots or surfaces are missed. This is where tips are earned and happy clients become long-term regulars!
- Client Interaction (Residential Only): For residential cleanings, communicate politely and professionally with homeowners. Be open to feedback and special requests—every home and client is unique, and coachability is key to success.
- Maintain Supplies: Keep your cleaning products stocked and notify management when approved supplies need replenishing. We cover the cost of all required by us supplies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory for vacation rentals and report any shortages.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure all surfaces are free of dirt, dust, and debris.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Work Efficiently: Complete tasks within the scheduled time while maintaining high-quality standards. You’ll be supported with field-tested timeline guides—no need to guess if you're on track.
