Estimator / Project Manager (Roofing)

This isn’t entry-level. It’s your chance to lead, estimate, manage, and drive results with a company that actually invests in its people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and budgets for roofing projects (residential & commercial)
  

• Manage project execution from kickoff through closeout
  

• Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and internal crews to keep timelines and costs on point
  

• Maintain job documentation and perform site visits as needed
  

• Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 3 years of experience in roofing estimating or project management (bonus if you’ve done both!)
  

• Strong knowledge of Florida roofing code & construction timelines
  

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
  

• Highly organized with excellent communication and client-facing skills
  

• Local to West Palm Beach or nearby (relocation not offered)
