We are seeking a Sales Representative with experience in business development and a deep understanding of power generation and temperature control equipment. This role involves both remote and face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within the Bridgeport, NJ and Pennsylvania areas.
Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Drive new sales and maintain existing customer relationships through cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies.
- Opportunity Assessment : Identify potential sales opportunities and create medium to long-term sales plans to enhance client relationships and increase energy solution sales.
- Revenue Generation : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Sales Proposals : Develop proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain accurate customer records in a CRM system.
- Network Expansion : Make regular sales calls, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to expand the customer network.
