CRD Careers has partnered with a leading manufacturer and supplier of interior and exterior architectural products to a diverse range of market sectors across the globe in their search for Territory Sales Manager
In this role you will:
· Have ownership for maximizing sales and ensuring market penetration with existing accounts, as well as actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities.
· This position is heavily focused on building relationships with architect and design firms. As you maintain strong relationships across our customer base, you will also gain recognition as an industry resource and product expert
A day in the life of this position will include appointments/presentations with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users.
The territory spans Dade and Browarrd County's of South Florida.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will
· Reside in either Dade or Broward County area and be passionate about selling products that are of the highest quality and value in their class.
- Be a self-starter who is organized and recognizes the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
- Will have prior experience calling in construction or building products (Extra points for experience calling on architects and designers)
- Be Bilingual in English and Spanish ( this is not a requirement )

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
