What You ll Do :
Drive Sales Growth : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed sales targets for Containers Ground Level Offices and Modular Structures .
Outbound & Inbound Sales : Spend 40% of time on outbound prospecting 30% on inbound inquiry conversion and the remainder on account development and inperson visits .
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships through regular communication site visits and exceptional service .
Market Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Quoting & Pricing : Utilize a consultative selling approach to maximize pricing and lease rates while preparing competitive price quotes.
CRM Utilization : Leverage SalesForce CRM to track performance and manage customers effectively.
Requirements
What We re Looking For :
1 years of outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year of experience within the company.
High school diploma GED or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) & virtual meeting platforms (Zoom Teams etc.).
Willingness to travel 10 % for field visits (minimal overnight travel required).
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in highvolume transactional sales cycles.
Background in leasing and consultative solutionbased selling.
