Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and updates to customers clearly and effectively.
- Assist in resolving any technical issues or concerns related to our offerings.
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
- Manage technology and complete marketing material
- Utilize Outlook and other Microsoft programs
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or account management roles is preferred.
- Self Starters that are motivated to learn.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
