JOB SUMMARY
As Restoration Crew Leader at CRDN of Coastal North Carolina and Virginia, you will play a key role in managing site inspections, scheduling, customer service, and the inventory of contents affected by water, fire, or other disasters. You’ll oversee operations, ensuring seamless execution of Pack Outs/Pack Backs, leading field technician teams, and maintaining precise documentation for tracking and returning items to clients. Your organizational skills, leadership, and commitment to exceptional customer service will drive the success of our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventory Management: Accurately document and maintain records of damaged items, including photographs and condition assessments.
- Contents Assessment: Evaluate the extent of damages and determine restoration feasibility.
- Restoration Planning: Develop and implement restoration plans, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors.
- Cleaning and Restoration Oversight: Ensure contents are restored using best practices and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Verify that all restored items meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Detailed Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all processes, including work orders, invoices, and progress reports.
- Client Communication: Provide updates, address concerns, and answer client questions professionally and empathetically.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with restoration teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Safety Standards: Promote and maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Continuous Training: Stay updated on industry advancements, equipment, and restoration techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in contents management, restoration, insurance, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with restoration equipment, safety procedures, and software like ContentsTrack and Xactimate (preferred).
- Ability to assess loss sites and coordinate with insurance adjusters on scopes of work.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop employees.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in customer service principles, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Reliable transportation and eligibility to operate vehicles per company policy.
- Physical ability to access tight spaces and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Clean driving record with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Pay: $22.89 - $23.65 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
