Job description
CRDN of the MidSouth is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our CRDN family as a Sales Representative for our Memphis location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing sales to achieve company targets.
Key performance indicators will include the following:
- Lead Generation
- Actively prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, and following up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Building relationships with insurance adjusters and contractors
- Effectively communicating with insurance adjusters to advocate for client needs and navigating claims processes.
- Working with a team to see job flow from start to finish
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the restoration process addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- Restoration sales experience preferred
- Sales
- Insurance Claims procedures preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized Reporting and Sales tracking skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission
- Company vehicle provided
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
