CRDN is the leading expert in textile, electronic, art, and contents restoration. We serve as part of the emergency response team, working with policyholders, insurance representatives, and contractors to restore peace of mind to our customers after they have suffered a disaster.
CRDN of the Ark-La-Tex is seeking a self-motivated and industry connected individual to join our CRDN family as a Sales Representative for restoration services. This sales position will require the individual to have hands-on sales experience allowing them to effectively assess residential and commercial loss, present claims solutions to adjusters, and leverage their expertise to build trust and close projects. The sales rep will be the first contact for each restoration job and must have excellent customer service skills.
This position will be 3 days in the field and 2 days in the office. Office duties could include customer service calls, billing issues and marketing.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be comfortable working in challenging environments following fire, water or wind damage
- Must speak English
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by locating opportunities and generating leads.
- Actively prospecting for new contractors through networking, cold calling, and following up on generated leads.
- Build trusted relationships with insurance adjusters, homeowners and contractors.
- Working directly with Insurance Adjusters and other vendors on the job sites.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the restoration process addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous outside sales experience a must, restoration experience a plus
- Knowledge of insurance claims procedures preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized reporting and sales tracking skills
- Ability to keep open lines of communication with operations to ensure smooth job completion
- Must be teachable with a strong desire to learn, and know when to ask questions
- Established industry connections a plus
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Claim follow up and documentation

- Base salary plus commission
