Job Overview:
CRDN of the ArkLaTex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager to join our growing team. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, team leadership, and restoration services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restoration projects, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration.
- Supervise field crews, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality work.
- Oversee job scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to maximize productivity.
- Conduct on-site inspections, assess damages, and develop effective restoration plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders throughout the restoration process.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
- Manage budgets, equipment, and supplies to optimize project costs.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required for this position
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration services or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and industry standards (IICRC certifications preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restoration software and job tracking systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
