Skilled Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality carpentry work.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
• Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, metal, and other materials.
• Constructing various structures, including:
  • Framing outdoor pavilions, decks, porches
  • Framing walls, floors, and roofs
  • Forming for concrete 
  • Installing windows, doors, and trim
  • Finishing carpentry work, such as sanding, staining, and painting
• Maintaining and repairing existing structures.
• Ensuring all work is completed to code and safety standards.
• Working effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, routers, sanders).
• Ability to read engineered drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
