- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to identify the root cause of problems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure they are in good working condition and address any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects in a timely manner.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Fabricate or repair parts using various tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external vendors.
- Basic leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate tasks when needed.
- Welding experience is a plus.
