Our client, a white-glove third-party service provider that is integral in the construction & development process seeks an experienced Client Administrator to join their growing, entrepreneurial team.
The Client Administrator works closely with the review, reconciliation, and execution of new construction draw requests from borrowers.
The ideal Client Administrator candidate has some experience with processing and / or preparing draw requests or accounts payable in a general contractor environment, is highly detail-oriented, and has a good head for numbers.
This role is hybrid / remote with two days / week in a beautiful, well-appointed office in Old Town Pasadena, near public transit.
A day in the life of the successful Client Administrator includes, but is not limited to :
- Leveraging technology to manage draw request files, including uploading documents, entering budget numbers, and reconciling expenses
- Communicating with borrowers to obtain missing documentation, or to ask questions needed to resolve an open item
- Clearing previous borrower draw requests with proof of payment
- Reviewing client communication, documents, and draw requests for accuracy and compliance with borrower guidelines
- Collaborating with company leaders in the execution of special projects, new programs, and ad-hoc requests as needed
