Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Property Management to lead our property management operations. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing property performance, and enhancing the overall value of our managed real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in commercial property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with Asset Management to create and execute strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Financial Management: Develop budgets, monitor performance, and conduct financial analyses to support investment decisions.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze market trends, KPIs, and property metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, vendors, and other partners.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal, financial, and reputational risks.
• Capital Projects: Oversee planning and execution of capital improvement projects.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Accounting and Legal, to optimize asset performance.
• Process Improvement: Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in commercial property management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Must be with retail, industrial and/or office properties.
• Proven experience overseeing portfolios of commercial properties, including retail, office, and/or industrial.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing capital projects, lease administration, and tenant relations.
• Proficient in property management software, including Yardi, and other relevant technology.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations.
