What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor And Employment Attorney (Cravath Scale/1800 hours) position at Crea Legal Search?
An Am Law 200 firm is currently in search of an Employment Litigation Associate in their San Francisco office.
The ideal candidate should possess :
2-6 years of comprehensive experience in employment litigation, employment counseling, and traditional labor work, demonstrating a strong understanding of labor and employment law intricacies.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California bar, ensuring compliance with state legal regulations and standards.
Duties :
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for employment litigation cases.
Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assisting with internal investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties in employment disputes.
Providing support to Senior Attorneys in complex employment litigation matters, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
Compensation and Benefits :
This position offers Cravath scale compensation, spanning from $260,000 to $390,000
A very reasonable annual billable hours target of 1800.
