- Specialized in floor maintenance, including scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
- Uses equipment like automatic scrubbers and buffers to maintain floors in high traffic areas.
- Performs daily cleaning rotations on gym floors, classrooms, and office spaces.
- Responsible for specialized floor care throughout the campus, including:
- Pressure Washing Route: Regular pressure washing of exterior areas like walkways and entrances.
- Carpet Care Route: Routine and deep cleaning of carpets across campus buildings.
- Terrazzo and Granite Care: Cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of terrazzo and granite surfaces.
Kaivac Cleaning:
- Utilizes Kaivac systems for deep cleaning of restrooms,
showers, and high-traffic areas.
- Focuses on removing soil, bacteria, and grime from hard-toreach
places, ensuring thorough disinfection and cleanliness.
Summer Prep Cleaning:
- Concentrates on all residential buildings with strip and wax procedures to
prepare for the academic year.
- Equipment maintenance and repair are prioritized during this period.
Emergency Care:
- Handles on-call emergencies, such as floods or urgent after-hours issues.
Qualifications
