What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Maintenance Clerk position at Creamland Dairy?
- Manage purchasing of vehicle parts tires and supplies.
- Coordinate all repair s and body shop work.
- Perform quarterly inventories for multiple locations.
- Manag e obsolete parts to variance of 5% or less.
- Manage parts inventories for multiple locations.
- Process all invoices, become COUPA and Dossier expert.
- Maintain all vendor relat ed RO's to 45 days.
- Manage vehicle information files, transfers, disposal forms.
- Manage and follow through with all warranty claim s.
- Use Vendor web sites, Freightliner, Internat ional, Petebilt for warranty and check vehicle specification etc.
- Perform monthly Fuel Reconciliation for all assigned sit es.
- Assisting with scheduling task for fleet technicians.
- Take road call information when supervisor or manager are not available
- Filing as needed.
- Perform other related duties.
OUR FLEET MAINTENANCE CLERK FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:
- $19.23 per hour

- Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5PM

- High School Diploma or equivalent and one to 18 months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Proficient computer skills required in the Windows enviro nment. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and One Drive.
- Organizational and Administrative skills.
- Analytical and accounting skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary (local).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
