Creatably is seeking a results-driven and creative Account Manager to join our passionate team. Specializing in long-form, cutting-edge paid media video campaigns, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling to captivate audiences and drive impactful results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Client Objectives: Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and advertising needs.
- Communication: Serving as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding on both sides.
- Project Management: Overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns, coordinating with various teams such as creative, media, and production to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of advertising strategies and campaigns that align with the client's objectives.
- Budget Management: Managing the budget for advertising campaigns and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Scale and Scope Management: Handling additional requests and helping identifying additional smaller projects that can aid in overall campaign goals.
- Problem Solving: Addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients and working with internal teams to find solutions.
- Strategic Consultation: Provide strategic consultation to clients on how additional services can enhance their overall marketing strategy and contribute to achieving their business objectives.
- Leverage Partnerships: Collaborate with our strategic partners to introduce and seamlessly integrate complementary services such as email campaigns, increased ad spend, and lower funnel ads.
- Customized Solutions: Develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients, showcasing how additional services can optimize their current marketing efforts.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
- Reporting: Providing regular weekly updates and reports to clients and internal teams on the progress of advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years previous account management experience.
- Client-Centric Approach: A client-centric mindset with a focus on understanding client needs and providing solutions that contribute to their long-term success.
- Relationship Building: Create trust and demonstrate expertise among clients and the ability to establish trust quickly but authentically.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions that align with clients' marketing goals.
