WRITER / DIRECTOR Job For Creatably

Are you a creative mastermind with a knack for making people laugh and bringing big ideas to life on screen? Were on a mission to create the most unforgettable ads on the internet, and we need a witty, visionary Writer/Director to join our dream team. You'll work alongside an elite group of creatives to brainstorm, conceptualize, and write long-form ads that drive real growth. Youll also take the reins as the director, guiding each project from concept to completion. Our team is tight-knit, and were looking for someone who is not only incredibly talented but also generous with their ideas and collaborative spirit.

What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with clients in brainstorming sessions to understand their vision, brand voice, and goals.
• Write compelling 3-5 minute ads in screenplay format, following the Creatably framework, to present your ideas to clients.
• Once your script is selected, work closely with other writers to polish and punch it up before moving into production.
• Create detailed directors decks that bring your vision to lifeoutlining everything from concept and wardrobe to art direction, lighting, and overall design.
• Communicate and collaborate with the production crew (art, wardrobe, etc.) to execute your vision to perfection.
• Help with casting choices to find the right talent for your project.
• Direct the project on set, bringing your creative ideas to life in real-time.

What Were Looking For:

• A natural storyteller with a great sense of humor and the ability to make the complex simple and entertaining.
• Experience in both writing and directing, with a portfolio that showcases your range.
• A collaborative mindsetyoull be working closely with other creatives, clients, and a production team.
