Partnering with the VP, People & Culture, this role will lead the development and implementation of recruiting best practices, train hiring managers, and collaborate on the launch of new employer branding initiatives. This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing company at the intersection of music, social media, and digital monetization, collaborate with a dynamic and inclusive team of creative professionals, and have direct influence in pioneering best-in-class recruiting practices for the organization.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the VP, People & Culture to develop and refine recruiting strategies, processes, and metrics.Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for roles across all levels, from sourcing to offer acceptance.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, create job descriptions, and ensure hiring best practices are followed.Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout the recruitment process.Source and attract diverse, top-tier talent using innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and industry-specific platforms.Train and educate managers on effective hiring practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute employer branding initiatives that showcase the company’s culture and values.Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles, fostering relationships for current and future opportunities.Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and success.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of demonstrated / directly related experience in lieu of Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 5 years of professional recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment and sourcing at all levelsDemonstrated experience implementing and managing ATS systemsProven ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environmentExperience training and supporting hiring managers on recruitment best practicesStrong understanding of employer branding and its integration into recruiting strategiesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationHighly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing prioritiesProficiency using Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat Reader, DocuSignProficiency working with Mac OSDemonstrated curiosity and adaptability in exploring emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance Recruiting OperationsExperience working in a fast-paced environment - preferably in the tech, digital / social media, or entertainment industriesExcellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skillsA good attitude and ability to work well in a close-knit team environment - no brilliant jerks here!High attention to detail, organized, problem-solver, critical thinker; able to effectively prioritize tasksComfortable working through ambiguity and suggesting solutionsMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipExperience recruiting within the music, entertainment, or digital media industriesFamiliarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment strategiesAvailability to work in a hybrid setup, coming to the Los Angeles office 2–3 days per week.Pay Scale$105,000 - $130,000 USD per yearActual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related considerations.The pay range for this role is : $105,000 - $130,000 USD per year (Los Angeles Office)#J-18808-Ljbffr
