This is an unpaid, part-time internship designed for current students receiving college credit. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10–20 hours per week over a 3–4 month term. This is a hybrid-work role - interns must be able to report to the Los Angeles headquarters 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities
- Scout and identify high-performing Instagram and TikTok pages that align with artist branding and target audiences.
- Create curated target lists of content pages for artist content seeding campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with music blogs, fan accounts, meme pages, and niche community pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align placement strategies and budgets with campaign goals.
- Work within a set budget to negotiate content placements and secure visibility.
- Oversee and track the rollout of content seeding campaigns — ensuring timelines are met, pages are activated, and results are documented.
- Analyze engagement data to optimize future placements and report performance insights.
- Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student, and receive credit for this internship.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to report to the Los Angeles office 2-3 times per week.
- knowledgeable about social trends, pop culture, and the online content ecosystem.
- Obsessed with IG and TikTok — you know what’s popping and where content lives.
- Comfortable communicating professionally and building relationships via DMs, email, and social platforms.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Passionate about music, digital culture, and creative marketing.
- Have previous experience with influencer outreach, digital marketing, or PR.
- Are familiar with music industry campaigns and/or artist rollouts.
- Understand platform-specific algorithms and audience targeting.
- Start Date: Flexible based on academic calendar
- Hybrid role: must be able to attend in person in the LA office 2-3 times per week
