What are the responsibilities and job description for the Affiliate Marketing Manager position at Create Wellness, LLC?
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of our affiliate marketing program. The role includes sourcing affiliates & partners, outreach & product seeding, onboarding & relationship management, and reporting & performance management. In practice, this means building relationships with creators and influencers at scale, building a marketing calendar to keep them actively engaged with our brand, and equipping them with the information and resources they need to share Create with their audiences.
The best candidate will be able to blend data-driven strategies with white-glove relationship management. You love finding that perfect niche creator on IG and you also love digging into a massive excel data dump to find insights.
This role will report directly into Create's SVP of Marketing.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in influencer, creator, affiliate or general marketing
- A strong personal and professional focus on health & wellness is a plus!
- Experience using Superfiliate, Social Snowball, or a related tool
- Experience using Grin or a related tool
- Experience with hands-on Shopify management
- Attention to detail and a no-task-too-small attitude and the eagerness to roll up your sleeves
- The ability to build meaningful partnership relationships at scale using technology and a bit of elbow grease
- Strong analytical background and experience within individual platform reporting external platform (excel, Looker, etc) reporting.
