Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral issues and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Stay current with research in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in therapy.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in data collection methods related to behavioral assessment and intervention.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and their application in various settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans.
