Candidates must hold and maintain current certifications as a BCBA as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement parent training and support program
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Monitoring progress through continues data analysis, and programming modification.
- Provide supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's).
- Conduct, manage Progress Reports and Treatment Plans.
- Great leadership skills
- Great written and oral communication
Requirement
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Ed, or another related field.
- Fingerprint level 2, background and local police record check.
- Preferred 2 years' experience in field
- Active BCBA certification issued by the BACB
- Must have a valid form of transportation
