Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety training programs that comply with industry standards and regulations. This role is critical in fostering a culture of safety within the organization, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain a safe working environment.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety training programs in alignment with OSHA standards and NEC regulations.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees, focusing on risk management, occupational health, and compliance management.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve program quality.
- Collaborate with management to identify safety training needs and ensure all employees receive appropriate training based on their roles.
- Monitor workplace conditions and practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on safety training activities, incidents, and compliance metrics for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and construction management.
Experience
- Proven experience in safety training or related field within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, risk management principles, workers' compensation processes, and occupational health standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in program development and reporting.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.27 - $30.76 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
