Position Title: Life Enrichment Director (Activities Director)
Position Summary:
The Life Enrichment Director plans, organizes, and implements all facility-sponsored activity programs for the residents. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic, great with time management and loves enriching the lives of the elderly. This role includes developing and managing volunteers as well as paid Activity staff.
It is our desire to hire someone who can analyze our current program and continue forward with what is working, but also restructure areas that could be better.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to demonstrate effective supervision skills.
- Ability to relate to the public, residents, families, staff and other professionals appropriately, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to communicate well, verbally and written.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of special events for future planning.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the requirements of the job.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks in neat, thorough, and timely manner.
- Maintain current driver’s license.
- Maintain CPR certification.
