Clean Skin Club is disrupting the hygienic skincare market with their innovative products, including their original Clean Towels, which are disposable, compostable face towels. The company's mission is to provide innovative beauty products that are based on science and work to improve skin health. Each product has gone through rigorous testing and clinical validation and is designed to deliver top-tier quality and results that speak for themselves.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for driving our Amazon growth strategy and managing a high-value Amazon account. You are a deep analytical, strategic thinker, and are passionate about optimizing every aspect of the sales funnel. You have a proven track record in managing high-revenue accounts, driving marketing and PPC strategy, and building subscription models to support our repeat purchase items.

Responsibilities :

  • Account Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy to drive market share, revenue, and profitability for Clean Skin Club's products.
  • Data Analysis : Leverage cohort data and analytics to drive decision-making, ensuring optimal targeting, customer retention, and strategic growth. Continuously monitor account performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • PPC Management : Lead and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to increase visibility and sales while maximizing ROAS and profitability. Manage a team to drive targeted PPC efforts and oversee budgeting and spend efficiency.
  • Subscription Strategy : Design and implement subscription strategies to increase customer lifetime value for our repeat purchase items, fostering brand loyalty and consistent revenue streams.
  • DSP Expertise : Utilize Amazon DSP to drive awareness and retargeting strategies, reaching new and returning customers effectively.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, production, and marketing, to ensure product availability, effective launches, and alignment with company goals.
  • Reporting & Insights : Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership, identifying actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.

Who You Are

Along with your analytical skills, you have strong leadership experience with proven success managing high-revenue Amazon accounts and driving measurable growth.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience managing 8-9 digit Amazon accounts with a track record of measurable growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of Amazon PPC, DSP, and marketing strategies.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret cohort data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with repeat purchase items and building successful subscription models.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, Seller Central, and any other relevant analytics platforms.
