What You Will Do
We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) and Business Intelligence (BI) Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role to the ingredients side of our business in driving strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and actionable business intelligence within the natural foods / CPG sector
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Cost Accountant to provide detailed reporting of all standard variances across departments
- Design and implement BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to enhance decision-making capabilities across the organization.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed, providing timely and accurate information to senior management and key stakeholders.
