What You Will Do
We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our quickly growing Audio Visual Production team. Prior experience in a similar role is required. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership and People Ops on performance management of direct reports, fostering an environment of open communication and ongoing feedback.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Represent Bright AV at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Other duties may include business development, liaising with marketing and production teams, and executive leadership responsibilities.
Who You Are
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales department, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans. This role involves managing a team of 4 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture, and ensuring account and client satisfaction. This role will sit on our leadership team and report directly to the President / Co-Founder, Michael Arp.
