We are a telecommunications firm local to the San Bernardino area looking to expand our Customer Representative team. Our goal as a company is to provide top-tier sales and customer services for our clients and their local consumer base. We are looking for an outgoing and tenacious candidate for the Customer Representative role.
Having a natural ability to communicate eloquently isn’t required to be successful with us, as we provide full training. We value our ability to not only impact consumers with our sales strategies but to build long-term relationships with every individual we work with. Our Customer Representatives balance a standard of excellence with our sales systems alongside building those personal relationships with consumers inside and outside of the office weekly to help our clients find the growth they’re pursuing. Responsibilities of a Customer Representative:
- Engage with consumers directly utilizing sales strategies developed in the office with the Customer Representative team
- Educate individuals on merchandise and incentives our clients are providing monthly
- Follow up with consumers to get active feedback on their purchases and any support they may need
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss new sales initiatives and promotions with upper management
- Plan out monthly goals for consumers as an individual and with the overarching Customer Representative team
- Work with management on training and operations-related responsibilities outside of the entry-level
Qualifications of a Customer Representative:
- Eager to help customers and make someone's day
- Proven interpersonal communication skills in a direct-to-consumer environment
- Must be able to compartmentalize multiple responsibilities with multiple points of contact in the office and with consumers
- Strong time-management and organizational habits
- Must be accountable and open to constructive criticism about consumer interactions

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
