What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Control Systems Programmer position at Creative Automation, Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Work with mechanical engineers to understand machine function
- Specify all control hardware including: PLC's, HMI's, servos, VFD's, sensors, pneumatics, safety components, networking, vision
- Build bill of materials
- Design control schematic with AutoCAD
- Ladder logic programming of PLC's
- HMI development
- Servo sizing and control
- System integration with other machinery manufacturers
- In house testing and customer runoff
- Interaction with customers throughout the design, build and installation processes
- Travel to customer facility for start up as required, 15% travel
- Technical support
