What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool and Infant/toddler teacher position at Creative Beginnings Schools?
We are a non-profit preschool/infant/toddler center that has been serving the community for over 40 years. We are looking for a fully qualified, hard-working, patient, qualified, and fun-loving infant and preschool teacher for our family run infant/toddler center. You will be working in an environment where individuality shines. We are looking for the right fit to join our team. Personality and dependability is important here.
This role will include loving and caring for these precious children as well as:
- -Prepares daily activities such as, art and crafts projects, reading, dancing, teaching the alphabet, numbers, animals, and colors.
- -Diaper changes.
- -Discusses development and behavior with parents.
- -Implements policies and procedures.
- -Cleans and sterilizes equipment and toys daily.
- -Participates in fundraising for the school.
Ideally, the candidate will have some experience in the childcare field, but personality, reliability and work-ethic are even more important to us.
Education: 12 core early childhood education units.
3 infant/Toddler units preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $15.50 per hour
