Job position description :
Our Holmestown Road center is seeking a Full time Infant / Waddler / One Year old Floater that is exceptional, dedicated, and fun. Someone who embodies our core values of Teamwork, Compassion, Loyalty, family and Creativity!
As a floater you have the ability to work in all classrooms of our center therefore, flexibility is a must. You are able to follow classroom schedules, lesson plans, and work directly with classroom teachers. Be able to implement conscious discipline strategies. You must be able to communicate effectively with both parents and staff. You will maintain a learning environment that is clean, safe and inviting for our young learners. Attend various staff development training and be a team player.
Job Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent or higher
A minimum 6 months working in a licensed child care center.
Ability to meet all licensing requirements-DSS background check, medical assessment etc.
