The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and mamage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help increase busines. Responsibilities: * Hire and train staff * Take and record payments * Collect and observe lesson plans for each classroom * Maintain a 4 star level with Texas Rising Star * Conduct quarterly staff evaluations * Conduct monthly staff meetings * Maintain building and grounds * Comply with all minimum standards * Increase business through marketing * Create partnerships in the community * Maintain staff and childrens records * Greet all parent, children, and staff with a positive attitude * Secure a safe environment for children and staff * Communicate with parents through Brightwheel app and maintain payments and attendance on the app

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
