Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to create compelling visual content.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions.
- Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts for print and digital media.
- Ensure all design work aligns with corporate branding and marketing objectives.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Interact with clients to present concepts and gather feedback for revisions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain competitiveness.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in design software including InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and web design projects.
- Experience in online marketing and digital media.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Understanding of corporate branding principles and practices.
- Background in hospitality design is a plus.
